I meant to send you an e-mail, but the holiday season has kept me from doing so. I received the package on time as you promised and everything worked out perfectly. I sent out an order for blind string loops on Tuesday and they arrived on Friday. What took so long?? I mailed a letter from Naples, Florida to Illinois in April and it still has not arrived. Go figure! Thanks for the quick filling of the order, and the directions.

I want to give you two compliments about your web site:
1- I needed to buy replacement string for a blind. I found your list of "String Size Visual Helper" and your length calculator very easy to use and very helpful.
2- I always appreciate web stores that do no require me to set up an account. I really do not want to have accounts with 50 gazillion different stores. I do want to be able to check out and pay easily.
Your site is great. I will keep a receipt from your site on file so that the next time I need to fix my blinds -or someone I know does - I can refer them to your site.

We looked everywhere for a replacement part for our vertical blind with no luck. A high end deptartment store told us to go to fixmyblinds.com and sure enough we found the part. It shipped fast and the quality is better than the original part. Thank you!

My supplies from FixMyBlinds arrived this week. This weekend, in a matter of less than an hour, I was able to replace all cords on all four of my floor-to-ceiling mini-blinds! I hadn't realized how worn the strings had become until I pulled them with the new cord! Your supplies and service are greatly appreciated!

My string I ordered arrived in the mail about 1:30pm...its now 3:30 and I've already replaced all the cord in all the blinds in the house and they work like new. Your instructions were great. The shortcut about melting the strings together worked perfectly. I had only one string that was completely broken so it took no time at all. Thanks again. I just hope I run into someone who has the same problem I did so I can send them your way.

I can't tell you how excited I was to find your Web Site. I've called every Blind Shop in the Houston area, and they all told me the same thing - "If you didn't purchase your blinds from us, we can't help you". Many of the tilt mechanisms on my 2" wood blinds had broken, and I was unable to operate the blinds. Since I have these blinds throughout my entire home, it had become a huge problem.
You were so helpful to me. I ordered the tilt mechanisms, replaced the broken ones (which was quite simple), and now all of my blinds are working once again.

I ordered two EZ-Restring Kits, one for Hunter Douglas Duette blinds and one for Alta Mini Blinds. I put new string in two Duettes and three mini blinds. A commercial service would have charged me $220. Thanks for a great product with good instruction. I have enough string for many more blinds & I have the satisfaction of replacing inferior cords which, in the case of the mini blinds, were not even strung in their proper channels!!

Our new cat chewed through the strings on our brand new Hunter Douglas Duette shade. Thanks for the simple instructions and the new string. We sprayed the "Bitter Apple" spray on the new strings and the cat has left it alone so far. If we need another blind repair in the future we will sure use you again.
